Be RED
Entering the 2022-2023 school year, CCHS students and staff saw a new incentive for behavior: Be RED. This acronym is a heavily preached idea, guiding students to be just what the acronym stands for: Respectful, Engaged, and Disciplined. A huge focus to do better in the class, hallway, bus, cafeteria, bathroom, and even online and social media has become common topics of discussion around the school. Students and school personnel were asked what the pros and cons are about Be RED. Here are their thoughts.
Despite the "pros and cons" of the new, implemented Be RED acronym, it can collectively be decided this acronym will have a more positive effect on our school rather than an a negative one.
